Ahi Tuna Recipe
If you like Poke from Hawaii, you will love this. Similar taste, but with even more goodies mixed in!
INGREDIENTS (1 Serving)
8 ounces Ahi Tuna
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Mango
1/2 Red Pepper
1 tbsp Green onion
1 tbsp halved Macadamia Nuts
1 tbsp Cilantro
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Teriyaki Sauce
Pinch of sea salt & pepper
Dice up the tuna, avocado, mango, and red pepper into cubes. Cut up the green onion and cilantro. Whisk the sesame oil, teriyaki sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame seeds together in a bowl. Now mix everything together! Add more of less of the ingredients depending on your taste, and if you like it spicy, you can always add a pinch of red pepper flakes. Serve with toasted pita chips.
