Juice Recipe
Juicing is an incredible way to increase your stamina and vitality, reduce cravings, jump start your metabolism, support your body’s natural fat burning processes, flush toxins stored in your fat cells, and reduce acidity in your body. Often times cravings are caused from the body’s attempts to fill a nutrient void, and juicing can help your body get what it needs in one glass!
My favorite juice is apple, carrot, kale, and ginger. The ginger gives it a great taste, and the apples naturally sweeten it up, and cover up the ‘green’ taste. If you have a juicer, wash everything, cut the apple into quarters, and start juicing! Save some of the apple to juice last, this will clear out the ginger which is a bit thicker.
