Bridge Pose

For opening your chest and hips and to energize the body.est and hips and to energize the body.

Lie flat on your back on the board with your knees bent, feet flat on the board hip width distance apart, with your toes pointing straight forward.

Press your weight into both of your feet so that your hips lift off the board on an inhale.

Extend your arms towards your feet along the board and interlock your fingers. Roll the shoulder blades together, and expand the heart.

Tuck your chin into your chest and increase the height of your hips if you can on the inhale. On the exhale, release the hips down to the board, and hug the knees towards the chest.
