Stand Up Paddleboarding // The Mighty Grand Canyon

During November, Paddle Into Fitness Affiliate Natalie went on a 24 day trip down the Grand Canyon and spent her time paddleboarding, rafting, and doing SUP Yoga handstands up and down the Colorado River! It sounds like she had a blast, and has some awesome photos and video to show us, as well as a little write up on the trip.

Just challenged my stand up paddleboard skills on a 24 Day Private Trip with some of my favorite peeps. Found myself doing crow on a Sup to the ravens caw and Sup Fitness on the flatwater between rapids. Got to see the Colorado River high water release from 7,000 c.f.s. to 35,000 c.f.s. SUP’d alot on my favorite Hala Gear Atcha board, and soaked up 20 full days of sun. Bliss…
