Intro to SUP + 12-Week Beginner SUP, Yoga, & Fitness Program
A complete beginners guide to Stand Up Paddleboarding! If you have never been on a board before, or want to know more about the sport, this online course will give you information on apparel, boards, paddles, water safety, stroke technique, and turns through text, photos, and videos with Gillian. The SUP Fitness program is a 12 week ‘Couch to 5K’, giving you weekly beginner SUP training workouts three days a week. You will also receive yoga and fitness sessions from Master Trainer Nikki to accompany your paddle sessions. This course will gently build your paddle knowledge and strength from a complete beginner to a paddler who can complete a 5k by week 12!

Part 1. This is a complete beginners guide to Stand Up Paddleboarding! If you have never been on a board before, or want to know more about the sport, this online course will give you information on apparel, boards, paddles, water safety, stroke technique, and turns. The course has beautiful photos, thorough text, and high quality videos.
Part 2. This is a 12 week ‘Couch to 5K’ SUP training program. It gives you weekly SUP training workouts three days a week, gently building from a complete beginner to paddleboard fitness training, to a paddler who can complete a 5k by week 12! In addition, there is a Pre-Paddle Warm Up and Cool Down Video by Gillian to do before and after each paddle session, as well as weekly Yoga & Fitness sessions from Master Trainer Nikki to go along with your training! Our private Facebook Group will give you the opportunity to post photos, connect with others around the world, and track your progress. We hope you can join us on this SUP fitness journey!
